Renew Your Membership or Join the St. Andrew's Ratepayers Association

The annual membership fee is $20 per household ($10 for seniors 65+), and applies from January to December.

Membership fees help us offset costs of producing a newsletter, organizing community meetings and an annual BBQ, and most importantly, give us the ability to retain professional planners and consultants when required to address vital community issues such as rezoning applications.


1) Please choose your method of payment (e-Transfer is preferred):

    To pay by e-Transfer:

  1. Get to the "Pay Bills and Transfer Funds" (or similarly named) page of your on-line banking.
  2. Select "Interac e-Transfer Recipient", "Interac e-Transfer", or similarly-named option (sending from your chequing account is more likely to have no fee than sending from your savings account).
  3. For your first e-Transfer you can set up a new Interac e-Transfer contact / recipient.
  4. Our Recipient e-mail address is Payments@neighboursnews.ca (don't use Mobile / test message notification). Our bank account is in the name of "CONCERNED RATEPAYERS OF ST ANDREWS COMMUNITY (O/A ST ANDREW'S RATEPAYERS)".
  5. Specify the amount as $20 for a Regular annual membership, or $10 for a Seniors (65+) membership.
  6. In the "Message (optional)" box type your home address so we can properly record your payment. Note we have set-up auto-Deposit so you do not need to enter a security question.
  7. Click on Next, Send or Send Money.
  8. You should soon receive a confirmation e-mail from your bank that the money transfer sent was accepted.
  9. Thank you.

To pay by cheque Print and complete this form, and make your cheque payable to St. Andrew's Ratepayers Association, and drop it off or mail it to:

    To pay by credit card or PayPal:

  1. Select Regular or Seniors, then click on "Debit or Credit Card" (you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card).
  2. Enter your payment information (this goes directly to PayPal for processing, we do not receive any of this detail), check the "I confirm ..." statement at the bottom and click on Pay Now.
  3. If payment was successful you will receive a confirming e-mail "Your PayPal receipt", and your payment will appear on your credit card statement as "PAYPAL *ST ANDREWS".
